About us

Jimmy Tingas, a Greek immigrant who immigrated to the US in 1976, married in 1978 worked in the restaurant industry most of his life. His first job in Michigan was at Rumors Bar then moved onto the Golden Greek, Mt Clemens Coney Island saving enough money to fulfill his dreams of becoming a restaurant owner himself.

Changed to Shore’s Coney Island

Sold Shore’s Coney Island

Opened Fraser Coney Island

Sold Fraser Coney Island

2006

Acquired Jimmy’s Coney Grill #1

Reacquired Fraser Coney Island & converted to Jimmy’s Coney Grill #2

Opened Jimmy’s Coney Grill #3 in Saint Clair Shores
